What does Snap Usage Monitor do?

Every 15 minutes (as long as Chrome is running), Snap Usage Monitor:

  1. Logs into https://myaccount.snap.net.nz/summary using the username and password you supplied
  2. Interprets your usage data and billing period displayed on your summary page
  3. Stores this usage data in a local storage area within Chrome

When you click the "s!" icon on Chrome's toolbar, Snap Usage Monitor:

  1. Reads the stored usage data it saved earlier
  2. Displays the data in an easy-to-read format for your convenience

Incorrect data is being displayed!

If Snap Usage Monitor is displaying incorrect data, the extension is probably parsing your usage data incorrectly.

To resolve this, I might need a copy of your summary page HTML. Please assist by:

  1. Go to https://myaccount.snap.net.nz/summary and log in.
  2. Once logged in, right-click the page and go "Save as...".
  3. Select "Webpage, HTML Only" and save the page as an HTML file.
  4. Compose an email to [email protected] and attach the HTML file.

Once I have your summary page HTML, I should be able to find the problem and update the extension to resolve any parsing errors. Thanks!
