Remove Policies in tweaks.json

Description

• removes policies set by tweaks in winutil instead of setting them to diabled to remove "managed by organisation"

Testing

• works
• As to my knowledge, any policy reg entry can be deleted and if it is really needed or even forced it will just regenerate itself. So that should make no Issues. I did not find any issues either.
