What was done

• Add news near you block to helsinki near you page.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on correct branch.
  • git checkout UHF-11002
  • composer require drupal/helfi_platform_config:dev-UHF-11002
  • composer require drupal/hdbt:dev-UHF-11002
  • make fresh
• Run make drush-cr

How to test

• Go to https://helfi-etusivu.docker.so/fi/helsinki-lahellasi, check that you get sensible results with few addresses.
• Check that https://helfi-etusivu.docker.so/fi/uutiset/etsi-uutisia still works.
• Check that code follows our standards

Continuous documentation

• This feature has been documented/the documentation has been updated
• This change doesn't require updates to the documentation

Translations

• Translations have been added to .po -files and included in this PR
