UHF-10555

What was done

• Remove wrong dependencies for responsive imagestyle image__3_2 on school cards and replacing it with the correct card.

How to install

• Make sure your instance is up and running on latest dev branch.
• make fresh
• Checkout this feature branch and make sure that helfi_platform config is running on correct branch.
  • git fetch && git checkout UHF-10555
  • composer require drupal/helfi_platform_config:dev-UHF-10555
• Run make drush-cr drush-cim drush-updb

How to test

• Make sure the school cards still work correctly and have the correct image styles used in them now that the dependency has changed. The school cards are used in these searches: https://helfi-kasko.docker.so/fi/kasvatus-ja-koulutus/perusopetus/peruskoulut, https://helfi-kasko.docker.so/fi/kasvatus-ja-koulutus/ammatillinen-koulutus/ammatilliset-oppilaitokset and https://helfi-kasko.docker.so/fi/kasvatus-ja-koulutus/lukiokoulutus/lukiot (if you don't have results on the listings try reindexing the elastic indexes: drush sapi-rt; drush sapi-c; drush sapi-i; drush cr)
• Check that code follows our standards.
• Check testing instructions for the platform configuration changes from the UHF-10555: Deprecated image style cleanup drupal-helfi-platform-config#856 PR.
