This PR has 3 changes:
I made the image and text on the ProjectPicker that say Paratext isn't installer look better. I also reduced the amount of time this text is visible by checking if Paratext is installed before loading up project versions, collab projects, etc.
I added a warning message when the users tries to delete a corpus (per Nifer's request)
I made it so that the Pre-Release toggle in the bottom right only appears when there is a Pre-Release
