add wooden dog whistle & recipe

Quick arithmetic indicates that for a 25-35kHz resonant frequency you should want a resonance chamber of about 1.1 cm in its longest dimension. Not that there's actually anything special about dog whistles vs other whistles for giving commands to dogs - the only reason they're popular is because blowing a regular whistle would annoy your neighbors, and they might come over and try to eat your brains.
