SUMMARY: Balance "Nerf copper spear"Purpose of change
Copper spear is currently the best spear in terms of damage. It isn't reasonable for an improvised scrap weapon to outperform forged steel weapons.
I think there was a mistake in #39652. Looking at the spreadsheet that PR was based on, the spear should have 6 bash + 18 pierce rather than 6 + 31.
