Job opportunity description required

Describe the task
In the job opportunity edit page, the description field does not have the red asterisk however it's required from backend.

Expected behavior

• Add the red asterisk to the description label as well like other fields so that user knows it's a required field.
• Both create and edit opportunity page should be updated

• The description field is now marked correctly as required.
• The jobs are not creating at the Website end. Sharing the screenshot of error below

@GauravGusain98 the database error should go away. Silly of me to not test properly at that time!

Can you do a final testing for this? And then close if everything is good.

Add and delete and jobs are working now. Looks good to me. Working fine.

Note: There are some issues related to updating some jobs and also showing and hiding the jobs on the Website, but they are being handled by Anmol.
