Fixing bootloader password

Description:

Bootloader password must be in Grub PBKDF2 format and also parameter --iscrypted must be provided. See https://pykickstart.readthedocs.io/en/latest/commands.html#bootloader

Rationale:

• Password was wrong in kickstart
