@dphoria has added early support for PrimeGov supported municipalities!

We will need to integrate this into the cookiecutter bots at some point but we (and others!) can deploy manually now!

Generalized Granicus Scraping

This minor release includes some new features and potential changes required of instance maintainers.

The largest of the changes is that the LegistarScraper is now general enough to handle King County, and we think many other municipalities. We will be testing this shortly by attempting to deploy, fully through GitHub, Denver and San Jose instances.
