Show running result in coding assessments before submission

It will be helpful for the instructors to see the running result of the students' code before submission.
Since the results were there, we can just save it and display it when the user is an instructor.

what do you mean by before submission ? There could be 10 different results before submission.

I think showing result for the last run is sufficient.

that won't be different from what the grader currently see isn't it. Now we do show the running result after student submit.
