Add script to install Craig locally #197

Added an installation script for those that want to run Craig on their local machine. Also added detailed instructions in the README.

One of the goal's of this PR is to improve Craig through community contribution.

Installation worked on a fresh install of Ubuntu 22.04.

If you prefer the installation steps in a wiki as opposed to directly in the README, just let me know. The README was pretty outdated from v1.0.

- Add bash script that can install Craig on a local machine (self-hosting)
- Remove old info in README.md
- Put all self-hosting instructions in SELFHOST.md
- Fix bug in api.ts to avoid port collision between apps
- Update .gitignore with the name of files generated from install.sh
- Update cook download script to avoid prompting for overwriting after unzip
