Feature request : tags autocomplete

Hi,
I've been through the few issues mentionning this : It would be very nice to be able to autocomplete tags by using the select element AND beeing able to add custom values that are not listed in the options of the select.
The hacky solution now is to use a datalist next to the input field, but its rendering isnt done using the style of this plugin, and depends on the browser implementation (its quite ugly most of the time).
