March release Snake 1.0.3 32 bit version

First version of Snake

This is the first version of Snake!
It includes:

• Startup screen with difficulty selection (easy, medium, hard)
• Moving the snake with the arrow keys
• Game over screen
• Sound
• Menu items to restart the game, set the difficulty, disable sound and end the program
