E2E テスト・VRT の安定性を高める改善を行います

画像の読み込みを確実に待機するロジックを追加して VRT の安定性を高めます
- 参考: [Question] Wait for image to be loaded microsoft/playwright#6046 (comment)
トップページの「本日更新」セクションの描画が安定するまで待つようにします
E2E テストのタイムアウト時間を延長し，チューニング前のアプリケーションでも確実にテストが実行されるようにします
VRT のスナップショットを更新します
誤って --update-snapshots オプションが client の E2E テスト実行コマンドに残っていた問題を修正します
誤って test.only が残っていた問題を修正します
誤って headless が false のままになっていた問題を修正します
誤って waitFor() を正しく待機できていなかったテストがいくつかあった問題を修正します
