The noclip enables in dev space, and allows you to phase through codeblocks, and stand anywhere on code layers.
This greatly affects code navigation, such as allowing you to easily fly speed up through code without hitting anything. image

Navigation

When you are flying, you will noclip through everything but the bottom layer, which you can land on.
None of the below rules apply.

Grounded

When you are grounded, you can walk around normally.

Your air speed is increased, there is an option which changes this. It is based of this option and your walk speed.
This is apparent when jumping, so you can jump when you need to move faster.

Code layers.

You will be held on any code layer level, so you can stand on the air anywhere around a code layer.

If you face up (40deg towards up) and jump, your jump will increase to get you to the next level. If you face down (40deg towards down) and crouch, you will fall through the codelayer.
