User

Refers to the useraccount used to login to the system

Person of interest (also refered to as "missing")

The person that is missing/needed to be located

Person of concern (also refered to as "misser")

The person registering the trackrequest in the system. Not to be mistaken with "user", as multiple persons could share the same "user" (login)
