Addresses #134, though not in the way described in the original issue. This PR introduces
devvariants to theexternals,coredaq, andfddaqumbrella packages. By default,devisTrue, meaning spack will pull incmake,gdb, andninja. The parallel daq-buildtools PR #294 will use these variants to create a build environment when usingdbt-createand a run environment when usingdbt-setup-release.
