This project is not currently accepting contributions.
It is increasingly obvious that the ACTUD files should be reusable by other projects. However, in line with this code's license, such is not foreseen.
To start the tool, run:
npm i
npm run wserveatchChanges done to the code are reloaded live. The tool is loaded on http://localhost:8080
