About the PR
Added a multitool and a screwdriver to the CMO's locker.
Why / Balance
This is a small quality of life change, on most maps the CMO has to build the autoclave and the chem master + maybe cloning once it's researched and most stations have a multitool mapped to somewhere in medical but not all of them and having to tide / run to logi each and every shift on those maps for this is just annoying and tedious.
Same is true for the screwdriver, it is needed to restock the chemvend + the occasional nanomed.
