How to test:

Run npm run deploy

1. Creates geofences collection

2. Creates tracker

3. Links tracker with geofences collection

4. Creates sns topic

5. Creates event rule which triggers sns topic

Run cli-commands.sh to create geofence

Remember to update your aws cli

Clean everything running npm run destroy
