Updates packages and STF code to fix all vulnerabilities in production code. Going forward, we will work to keep the STF code in this safe state
It works now using node version 23.3.0 (latest)
adds the bundletool feature in the Debian Dockerfiles (x86_64 & ARM)
Removes the yarn.lock file from the repository as it is already the case for the package-lock.json file
