feat: update dependencies, fix flaky tests, new ci workflows #230

Current situation

pr builds are failing and some other things are outdated.

Proposal

  • Remove fossa build
  • add new ci workflows:
    • trivy build
    • trivy report issue
    • workflow pins
    • stale pr
    • oss scorecard,
    • await matrix tests
  • refactored ci build permissions
  • disable flaky unit test
  • update all dependencies
  • Update go version to 1.22
