A field's label is rendered very close to an input element of previous input group, if those fields are in same row.

before

As seen in the screenshot attached above, the label "Middle Name" is rendered very close to text box "First Name". Same is the case for "Last Name". There should be a space between the textbox(or any other input element) and the next field's label.

This behavior is observed in Chrome and Edge.
