Post-test Survey

1. Did you watch the video and know how the maneuver goes like?
2. Did you find the text instruction page is scrollable?
3. Did you read all the text instructions?
4. Did you find the text instructions easy to read?
5. Did you sit down in a correct position?
6. In each step, did you know you need to move your head and phone together?
7. In each step, when you move your head and phone together, did you know how the image on the screen is moving together with you?
8. After the maneuver, was your symptoms relieved?
