SpecModule is not from this plugin, is from pytest-relaxed: https://github.com/bitprophet/pytest-relaxed/blob/master/pytest_relaxed/classes.py#L46

I suspect the problem lies here:

It is related to the fact that Nodes should be constructed via .from_parent: https://docs.pytest.org/en/stable/deprecations.html#node-construction-changed-to-node-from-parent

I suggest reporting the problem in pytest-relaxed.
