Improvements to comparisons:
- When comparing libraries, ignores where they are loaded from. Just uses name and version number.
- Uses stored hash values if they exist when comparing scripts. If either is missing, it calculates hash values on both versions of the script file to be sure that the same algorithm is used for both.
