• We are wrapping LabelComponent insde flex View of CheckboxWithLabel.js in order fix over flown text issue

Tests

1. Go to Settings > Workspaces >Connect bank account
2. click on connect manually
3. Enter routing number and account number
4. click on continue
5. fill up Company information and add long name as company name(like TestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTestTest)
6. click on save and continue
7. fill up Personal information and click on save and continue
8. add your documents to onfido
9. check the company name on Additional information screen

• Verify that no errors appear in the JS console

• If any new file was added I verified that:
  • The file has a description of what it does and/or why is needed at the top of the file if the code is not self explanatory
• If a new CSS style is added I verified that:
  • A similar style doesn't already exist
  • The style can't be created with an existing StyleUtils function (i.e. StyleUtils.getBackgroundAndBorderStyle(themeColors.componentBG))

• We already wrap <Touchableopacity> to flexRow and now we are wrapping the <LabelComponent> with flex that makes contact in column (breaks storybook), beside that on <Touchableopacity> we have added styles.flexWrap, styles.flexShrink1 that makes the content flex according to the screen size but what happens is when we have long text without any spaces in between it doesn’t give break the line instead it overflows

• To prevent Storybook to remain as it is What we can do is we should pre-wrap nested <Text> with flex <View> at parent component itself we are already wrapping <LabelComponent> into <View> on some places like RequestorStep.js Which works well

• The actual culprit is flexRow I do think its a react behavior whereby if we provide a flexRow to an <View> by default it doesn't make text flex with parent view and makes it mandatory to add width directly to <Text> in order to prevent text overflown, whereby if just add flex:1 to <View> that works without flexRow property (which brokes storybook)

• Created a minimal code snippet for testing here https://codesandbox.io/s/reacttextissue-fgs3je?file=/src/App.js

• Along with that I also found that a simple label has also the same problem if that has a long name it doesn't really wrap as expected when the text is long without any space

• So I would suggest we should add styles.breakAll at <TouchableOpacity> which will resolve
  label + labelComponent along with preserving the storybook component

Thanks for the explanation and the snippet. Do you suggest we apply styles.breakAll and remove a View with flex1? Correct me if I'm wrong, but that would work only if LabelComponent is Text, it won't wrap if it's a View

Yup we can remove flex 1, view is already wrapped the problemis only text is overflown when there is long continued text(no space in entire text) there is no issue in view overflow
