This PR fixes an issue where profile URLs where not deep linked into the native app.

Tests
For developer testing additional settings are needed on iOS and Android Platforms.
iOS
Associated Domains
capability needs to be enabled for testing deep links on iOS. Staging and prod URLs could be added to associated domains only by developers who are part of Expensify Apple Developer team. External contributors cannot test this feature.Android
Long press the app icon
Navigate to App Info > Open by default
Enable Open supported links option
Click on Add Link option and add both staging and prod URLs
Now proceed with test cases above.
Verify that no errors appear in the JS console
