Bump Gradle to 7.5.1 (facebook#34359)

Summary:
facebook#34310 introduced Gradle 7.5.0, but I noticed that the Gradle team actually missed to remove the `Incubating` annotation for the Java 18 support. The latest 7.5.1 is fixing that. More details can be found here: https://github.com/gradle/gradle/releases/tag/v7.5.1
