Scripts to bringup Tamil instances on the cloud

This is a tools to bringup IAAS Tamil development setup for cloud. We plan to have Fabric or Ansible scripts going forward. Basic Python developer tools, Git, GTK+ bindings via GObject for Python, VNC, Xwindows and Tamil fonts are included for essential Ezhil development server. This also simultaneously a sufficient for Tamil hosting.
