  1. Variable language correction throughout. Changing Right and Set to Current and Value where appropriate.
  2. Morphed ShowToggledActionInChat to ShowToggledSettingInChat, and added/restored chat based read outs of changed values.
  3. Changed LTS' beloved error/warning panel. It now only displays when there is an error instead of no error, in a reactive way. Further, tightened up the UI's twitchiness when minimizing and expanding window.
