Port Goob Resomi Changes

[Forzii]

Description

Porting resomi changes as requested by Seb. There were actually some other changes that I cut out of the port - like combining the arm and leg marking categories (instead of left/right arm/leg it's just arms and legs) that I could try to include if desired. I assumed it's a style thing for goobstation, though it would make fewer categories you have to click through.

• Awkwardly port back a port of resomi from Floof to Goob to Floof from Goob
• Evaluate and do further tweaks
• Figure out why they hit for 6.66 unarmed and if that's intentional. (I have no idea what fixed this, all I changed was a seemingly unrelated typo...)
• Test literally anything to see if it works
• Request testing from others?
• Consider replacing theobromine poisoning, request by Ahra

• tweak: Resomi can tolerate much colder temperatures before taking damage, but can't tolerate much heat as a consequence.
• tweak: Resomi can move faster in Zero-G, on account of their wings.
• tweak: Like the other animal-type species, Resomi can digest uncooked animal proteins, but get poisoned by theobromine. No coffee for you.
• tweak: Resomi can now be male and female
• tweak: Resomi now have ammonia-based blood
