rpc/jsonrpc: Unmarshal RPCRequest correctly (bp #6191) (#6193)

* rpc/jsonrpc: Unmarshal RPCRequest correctly (#6191)

i.e. without double pointer. With double pointer, it was possible to
submit `null` value, which will crash the server.
