  • Remove all the unnecessary files and folders.
  • Add requirements.txt for easy install of the required libraries (tmx and six; as well as PyInstaller)
  • The readme is now README.md and Markdown.
  • Add Makefile to generate releasable build.
  • Add gitignore.
  • Add short SETUP.md describing how to use that requirements.txt.
