We have added several new flowmachine Queries recently, and these now need to be exposed through the API. This can be split into the following issues:

We may also need to address #1009, so that IntereventInterval and PerSubscriberAggregate can be used as subscriber subsets without requiring direct flowmachine access to get query IDs for these queries first.
