NovaSector/NovaSector#4633 Should be merged before this is test-merged
Replaces the two(3) solfed rifles, and the matching shotgun(s) with marginally more sci-fi versions, with a few stat changes:
infanterie shoots notably faster, for slightly less damage (should be about 2s to down, depending on how often you hit, going to play around with it a bit more)
The marksman replacement is a very fast, and very hard-hitting burst-rifle, likely to be overtuned but was slightly inconsistent in my testing.
Screenshots coming when I get around to testing this, i'm just putting it up so other people can gawk the stats.
Shotgun shells got a general bonus-speed, and the solfed+bulldog shotguns now shoot notably faster.

balance: Solfeds rifle are notably less clunky, and notably more aggressive for their permit-needing status.
image: new sprites for half of the solfed-longarms.
balance: Shotguns across the board should be doing more damage, and the solfedshotguns (for the test) shoot, and rack notably faster.
del: Stardust is dead, it's now a taser-in-a-shell, unlike the fake-taser stunslugs.
