Document adblock issue in the docs

Completely agreed. I'll document how to get around this silliness too, potentially in a blog post.

Just so people are aware, AdBlock's business model is block all sorts of things on the internet, then try to extort money out of the people they're blocking. That's how they make money. If an advertiser (or, say, an open source icon font maker) pays them enough money, they unblock it.
