AutoAFK 0.14.5

Features:

• Rewrite of the screenshot engine by @Mr-SeaCow, we can now read the game at 5fps, rather then 0.5fps which makes the bot an order of magnitude more responsive! Also we can now specify where to search for image which lowers the bots CPU usage. Win win!

Fixes:

• Rewrote pushCampaign, pushTower and Arena functions they should be much more stable
• Rewrote bounty board
• Added 'Save' buttons to all settings windows
• Reading and writing settings is handled better, now all changes should be reflected immediately
• No second command window being launched by PPADB any more
• Connection logic should be more robust and catch/report errors
