3. Can't send message, the application incorrectly shows that the contact number is a shortcode

Expected behavior

The app should be able to send messages to normal contacts.

Actual behavior

Unable to reply to some contacts, the application incorrectly shows that the contact number is a shortcode

1. Were you having this conversation earlier in Fossify Messages, and it just stopped working? Or these are old messages that you exchanged in another app?
2. Can you share how that number is saved in your contacts? I don't mean the exact number, but a pattern like +48 (00) 000 00 00 or 000 000 000. I'd like to know if there's something despite digits and how long it is.

1. The caller sent me a message on Fossify. I could not reply to it due to the number being mistakenly considered short-code. I held the conversation in another app and now I'm back on the Fossify Messages app.
2. The screenshots below show what format the sender's number is stored in:

Could not reproduce this after multiple tries on different phones, does anybody else have this problem?

Obtained from fdroid.

In my case the affected (UK, +44) number is stored as +447919000000 (last six digits elided).

Yes it's a samsung a9 tablet running android 14. razr also running android 14 fossify has no issues on razr. Icon color edit also not working on samsung a9
