- Update the dependencies to the latest version - Update shadow to 8.3.5 - Update gradle to 8.11.1 - Update paper repository link - Replace the deprecated methods of krori api with new methods

Abandon further repairs for the following reasons:
This makes it almost impossible to fix the problem in Bukkit, so I'm abandoning it for now and just keeping the Velocity fix. |

This commit only fixes velocity. From what I've tested, ServerUtils now only works properly on Bungeecord.
