Description
Documentation update showing idea of how pgmap should be installed and used. Currently pgmap installation does not add the CLI to path nor is pgmap hosted in PyPi, so this documentation is inaccurate! How the CLI should be added to the path is documented here: https://python-packaging.readthedocs.io/en/latest/command-line-scripts.html
