Description
This deals with two breakages to Swell caused by JEDI changes. The first is when vader was bought into Soca. Which needs a newer version of jedi_bundle. The second is to the YAMLs for PressureCheck filters. Only aircraft is run so other filters are not touched until there is time to test them all.
Also modifying the convert_ncdiags suite to run two cycles in parallel with each other and to make the associated tasks able to deal with datetimes in the paths.
