It's a pretty important admin command that I'm sure some of the bukkit refugees are missing. That's a whole lotta mixins for one command though.
Adds a few options inspired by https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/vanish/pages/commands which are all toggleable via commands & in the "My Server Settings" gui if the player has vanish perms.
