Enable input bus separation for the MCR.

I am honestly conflicted about enabling this for the LCR as well. Separation like this makes some automation setups significantly easier, and others possible to do in a single LCR. I am fine with effectively gating this solution to LuV, but I am not sure whether allowing it for the LCR would make certain interesting setups completely obsolete.

This doesn't do anything for recipes with fluid inputs, does it?

This doesn't do anything for any recipes. The only thing this does is enables the input bus separation function, which works exactly the same as for any other multiblock. (A recipe only runs if all of its item inputs can be consumed from the same input bus.)

"Input hatch separation" or something similar is not a thing that currently exists (to my knowledge), and implementing something like that is not the goal of this PR.
