Expected Behavior

We have an informative page with an error message

Actual Behavior

We get a 502 Gatweay Error page

Steps to Reproduce the Problem

prerequisites: disable any SMTP/email system

  1. Signout
  2. Reset password
  3. Insert email and try to reset
