Eldarion’s boostrap branch switches from the current css framework (boilerplate) to the more modern bootstrap css library and also switches to using jquery for javascript or ajax interactions instead of ExtJS (except for the actual GeoExt map components in the Layer and Map info pages as well as in the Map Composer).
