Do we need bootstrap at all for just showing the GeoNode header on top of GeoExplorer? Can we create a base template which does not include bootstrap?

I would be keen to explore ways to avoid using boostrap and extjs in the
same files.

After looking at the header, the functionality from bootstrap we are using
is:

#1. Autocomplete in search (from select2.js), not sure how much bootstrap
is there.
#2. Admin dropdown menu.

Is there a programatic way to see which classes from bootstrap are being
used for that page and just create a smaller files with only those
definitions and not include the full bootstrap on this template?
