Out of the box deployment was not working as intended. RAGNarok was primarily using the CPU even if a GPU was detected. After some hours of tinkering, it seems like the llama-cpp was not compiled to support CUDA out of the box. Simple fix to compile llama-cpp-python with CUDA support allowing RAGnarok to use an nvida GPU.
