Getting the following Error while planning the import of AWS ALB:
2020/03/10 12:04:23 ERROR: Read resource response is null for resource aws_lb_listener_certificate.tfer--arn-003A-aws-003A-acm-003A-ap-002D-southeast-002D-2-003A-117873906728-003A-certificate-002F-97067807-002D-ad1e-002D-496d-002D-8c85-002D-447304e99220
and result to a halt of the whole planning process without generating the plan.json
